Position Summary

Aeroflex Holding Corp. (NYSE:ARX) is looking for an experienced attorney with a minimum of 5 years pertinent experience to work directly with General Counsel in managing, administering and enforcing complex export regulatory control and anti-bribery programs and handling all aspects of government contract matters.

Requirements

In addition, the attorney’s responsibilities would include assisting the General Counsel with daily corporate matters.  Global travel is required.
